I have been a Realtor© since January 1, 2006 and thoroughly enjoy it. I like helping people achieve their goals whether they are buying or selling, by providing good, timely information and advice. I specialize in homes and vacant land in Carbon County (Red Lodge, Belfry, Bridger, Fromberg) and have established relationships with other agents in the area to refer clients who are interested in property outside my area of expertise.

I am a native Texan, born in El Paso and grew up in a small town, Floresville, just 30 miles south of San Antonio. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Business Finance.

From there, I worked for Chevron Resources in their accounting department, first in Grants, NM at the Mt. Taylor mine, then in Sam Ramon, CA and finally transferring to Chevron Corp to work in accounts payable in the corporate headquarters on Bush St. in downtown San Francisco.

I moved to Red Lodge in 1991, working at Red Lodge Mountain in Central Reservations, then in food service as a cook and bartender. In 1995, I started Red Lodge Ski and Travel and operated that until 2001 when I went back up to Red Lodge Mountain to work in the marketing department and special events.

In 2010, I joined Jim Kadous and Jim Smedsrud at Coal Creek Realty & Property Management and became a Broker in 2012. After ten years with the company, I purchased Coal Creek from Jim and Jim (while still involved in real estate, they work exclusively with buyers). I look forward to continuing the quality of service and professionalism Coal Creek Realty has provided for many years to come.

Property Management: I have been a property manager since purchasing Glenda Allen’s property management business in 2009. It complements the real estate side of my business allowing me to work with investors to maximize their income potential during the rental period and at time of selling; as well as working with renters to become home owners. If you are thinking of converting your property to a long term rental, give me a call and we can discuss all the pros and cons of being a landlord and see if it is a good fit for you and your property.
